Orbit is a website operated by FuturePoint. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our refund terms follow Paddle's standard Buyer Terms. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases and processes payments and refunds on our behalf.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No reason is required — if you contact us within 14 days, we will refund you in full.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Use the receipt Paddle emailed you at the time of purchase — it includes a link to manage your purchase and request a refund.
- Email us at hexdevthings@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and your Paddle order or receipt number.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. We aim to respond to requests within 3 business days, and refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
