Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Orbit products. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
2. Free Trial
OmniSwitch offers 200 free invocations. We encourage you to try the product thoroughly before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
3. License Purchases
Products are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access. Payments are processed through Paddle.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- First-purchase refund: If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Technical issues: If the Product is non-functional due to a bug or service outage on our end, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Unauthorized charges: If your account was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately for a full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Purchases older than 7 days (unless one of the eligible circumstances above applies)
- Incompatibility caused by macOS system updates (we will work to adapt as quickly as possible)
- Change of mind without contacting us within 7 days
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hexdevthings@gmail.com with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The product name
- The date of purchase
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is erroneous or unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can resolve most issues faster than the chargeback process and will issue a refund where appropriate. Chargebacks may result in account termination.
